Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Winnipeg Metropolitan Area. We are seeking professionals to fill multiple key positions, including Project Manager, Site Coordinator, Service Manager, and Journeyman. Responsibilities will vary by role but encompass essential tasks such as project planning and execution, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, managing on-site activities, overseeing inspections, and optimizing logistical operations to ensure timely and quality project completion. Collaboration and leadership are essential in all facets of these roles to meet client and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Proven skills in Project Management and Coordination for planning, executing, and completing construction projects effectively and within deadlines.
• Strong background in Inspection and Quality Control to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client relationships.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred, along with knowledge of workplace safety protocols.
• Certifications or accreditation in relevant fields (e.g., PMP for Project Managers, Red Seal for Journeymen) are a plus.
