Since 2012, we have helped commercial and industrial clients reduce operating costs and improve sustainability through innovative energy solutions.

As demand for renewable energy continues to grow, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate pipeline growth and support our commercial sales division.

What You’ll Do as an SDR

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to commercial prospects
  • Identify and qualify businesses interested in solar and energy solutions
  • Research target companies, key decision-makers, and potential project opportunities
  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales team

Pipeline Development & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activity within the CRM
  • Follow up consistently with leads throughout the qualification process
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and leadership to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
  • Help drive increased call volume and contact rates across the sales organization

Industry Exposure & Career Growth

  • Develop knowledge of commercial solar, energy incentives, and sustainability initiatives
  • Gain hands-on experience within the rapidly expanding cleantech sector
  • Work alongside experienced sales and energy professionals on high-value commercial opportunities

Who You Are

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Confident and comfortable making outbound calls daily
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with CRM platforms is considered an asset
  • Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or commercial sales is a plus
