Support a dynamic portfolio as a Contracts Administrator. Your expertise in commercial leasing and contract management will be essential to maintaining productive relationships and ensuring compliance.
In this full-time role, you will manage commercial leases and real estate agreements, overseeing all aspects of the contract lifecycle. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is key to streamlining operations and enhancing service delivery. You'll also provide financial administration support, including budgeting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage commercial and float home agreements
- Maintain accurate tracking for contracts and renewals
- Establish relationships with customers and external stakeholders
- Coordinate customer requests across internal departments
- Prepare monthly rent roll and assist with financial forecasts
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years managing commercial properties
- Experience with commercial contracts and agreements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with property management software is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
