An IT professional to join our team is needed! You will manage a range of projects to support and enhance the company’s network systems.

**Responsibilities**:

IT system upgrades and projects implemented under the direction of senior technicians.

Assembling, maintaining, and configuring hardware and software components

**Responsibilities**:

  • Provide IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals
  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
  • Assist with computer networking tasks, including setting up VPN connections
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
  • Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base for future reference
  • Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to track and manage IT requests

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT support or desktop support role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
  • Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $30.00 per hour
