IT Support Technician (Lenovo / Break-Fix / POS Upgrades / Networking)

Our team supports major OEM partners and enterprise clients, including retail, hospitality, financial, and healthcare sectors.

We are currently seeking experienced IT Support Technicians to join our field service team supporting Lenovo hardware, POS systems, networking equipment, and break-fix services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform Lenovo laptop, desktop, and workstation break/fix services
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, SSD, LCD, keyboards, batteries, etc.)
  • Conduct POS system installations, upgrades, and refresh projects
  • Perform IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change)
  • Install and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and access points
  • Provide on-site desktop support and end-user technical assistance
  • Perform hardware replacement and warranty repairs
  • Assist with structured cabling and basic network troubleshooting
  • Document work performed and update service tickets accurately
  • Follow SLA requirements and customer service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Lenovo hardware and enterprise devices
  • Hands-on experience with IT Break/Fix services
  • Experience with POS system installations or upgrades
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
  • Strong hardware diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field service environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise service providers or OEM vendors
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Lenovo Certification (preferred)
  • Experience with retail technology, POS environments, or large technology rollouts

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel to client sites within the Lower Mainland / British Columbia,
