Position Details:

• Pay: D.O.E.
• Schedule: 7 AM – 5 PM, Mon.-Thurs., occasional Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients on their dental treatment options and ensure they receive the highest quality care
• Utilize strong closing skills to book consultation appointments and manage follow-up processes
• Reach out to potential patients who have expressed interest, identifying where they are in their decision-making process
• Follow up with patients who may have delayed scheduling consultations
• Participate in marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation as needed
• Build effective working relationships with patients, doctors, and team members through excellent interpersonal skills
• Maintain professionalism and poise, even under pressure
• Stay highly organized and detail-oriented while prioritizing competing tasks
• Exhibit a positive outlook and a genuine passion for patient care
• Quickly assess patient needs and create a sense of urgency to drive action
