Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Data Analyst / Quality Engineer to support data-driven quality improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for conducting statistical data analysis, leading root cause analysis (RCA), and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform proactive daily data analysis using inputs from measurement systems, validation systems, and end-of-line testing to monitor product and process performance.
- Conduct routine data reviews with quality assurance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze statistical process data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts utilizing structured problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and 8D methodologies.
- Develop and implement corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) in collaboration with project teams, quality engineers, and manufacturing personnel.
- Support process improvement projects to enhance quality standards, reduce defects, and improve overall production efficiency.
- Ensure documentation and reporting of findings, actions, and outcomes in accordance with quality management systems (QMS).
