Job Overview

• Support execution of email marketing campaigns and digital initiatives
• Analyze performance data and optimize marketing operations
• Drive engagement, traffic, and business growth

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automation)
• Monitor and optimize email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions)
• Maintain and manage subscriber databases
• Support SEO, social media, PPC, and web campaign operations
• Track performance using Google Analytics/GA4 and prepare reports
• Conduct keyword research and assist with on-page SEO
• Create content for blogs, social media, ads, and email creatives
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years in digital marketing (email/marketing ops preferred)
• Understanding of email marketing and campaign execution
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital channels
• Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4
• Strong communication and quick learning ability
• Must be based in NCR and hold a Marketing degree
