In addition to achieving personal performance targets, effectively support and mentor multi-generational teams. You should be self-reliant, goal-oriented, and able to set and adjust priorities and schedules.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWORK SCHEDULE\r\n\r\n\r\n\tThis role will be seasonally adjusted to meet the needs of our clients.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?\r\n\r\nIdeal Candidates will have:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMinimum 8 years of industry-related on-farm experience\r\n\tMinimum 5 years of progressively responsible sales experience in the agriculture industry\r\n\tBachelor of Science in Agriculture is preferred, or a Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or related field\r\n\tCCA or P.AG or be prepared to earn these certifications / designations\r\n\tBroad extension experience with Ag Institutions, Research, AgTech / FarmTech, and / or Consulting Agronomists\r\n\tHave confidence to help producers optimize their potential\r\n\tValid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract\r\n\r\n
