SALES MANAGER Grasslands Recruitment Specialists has been engaged to recruit Sales Managers for one of our clients in the agricultural equipment sector. The open roles are in various rural locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The Sales Manager will manage a small team of sales representatives in a team environment that supports open communication with a company that provides its staff with the resources required to be successful. Our client is open minded and will consider candidates that do not have formal sales management experience but has the skills and aptitude and desire to get there. Are you open to relocating? While our client would prefer someone with a large equipment agricultural sales experience, it is important to have a solid knowledge of the technical aspects of agriculture whole goods sales, which could also be those with short line agricultural product and sales experience.
