As a Senior Manager / Chief Manager - Industrial Relations at our Scheduled commercial Bank, you will play a crucial role in managing labor relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a key liaison between bank management and unions, resolving labor disputes, and implementing HR policies to maintain a positive work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing labor relations strategies aligned with the bank's objectives and advising senior leadership on labor law amendments and union trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between bank management and unions to negotiate settlements and wage revisions.
- Resolve labor disputes promptly to avoid work disruptions and manage grievances effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to national and local labor laws and regulations to maintain legal compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies focusing on collective bargaining and union issues.
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies aligning with bank objectives to minimize disruptions.
