Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Officer – Tele Underwriters to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers with a medical background who are interested in underwriting and insurance processes. Candidates should be comfortable handling telephonic interactions and medical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic medical assessments with customers
• Review medical history, health declarations, and related documents
• Evaluate health risks as per underwriting guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
• Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide professional support during customer interactions

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices
• Good documentation and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
