Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic Marketing Executive to strengthen our presence across Tamil Nadu. This role involves travel, direct customer engagement, and building strong relationships with local dealers.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our furniture products sales & collection, and supporting business growth through on-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Marketing & Lead Generation

• Conduct daily field visits to residential areas, commercial spaces, construction sites, and business hubs
• Identify potential customers, ongoing projects, and decision-makers
• Generate high-quality leads through direct interaction, cold visits, and references
• Involves in expo activity and distribute brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials to prospects

2. Channel & Network Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
• Furniture dealers and distributors
• Architects and interior designers
• Explore and onboard new channel partners in assigned territory

3. Product Promotion & Demonstration

• Educate customers about product offerings, materials, finishes, pricing,
• Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations
• Promote new product launches and seasonal offerings
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to internal teams

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies
• Provide actionable insights into customer preferences and market trends
• Maintain daily activity logs including visits, leads, conversions, and follow-ups
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management
• Live update on WhatsApp group

5. Event & Campaign Execution

• Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns
• Representing the company at local events and marketing activations
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution

6. Sales Coordination

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion
• Follow up with leads to ensure closure, Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently in field conditions
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability

Additional Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu
• Familiarity with local market and geography is a strong advantage
