Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist at our facility in Vijayawada. The Behavioral Therapist will assess the needs of clients, particularly children, and create individualized therapy plans to address behavioral challenges and developmental needs. Responsibilities include implementing behavior therapy techniques, conducting one-on-one sessions, collaborating with caregivers or families, monitoring progress, and providing reports. The therapist will contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment promoting growth and improvement for clients.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis techniques
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and families
• Background in Psychology or a related field
• Experience and comfort in Working With Children in a therapeutic or learning environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications or training in behavioral therapy are a plus
• Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related areas
