Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator (CRM/ERP) to manage daily operational activities, CRM/ERP software handling, inventory coordination, supply chain processes, and backend operations. The candidate should be capable of maintaining accurate records, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain daily operations through CRM/ERP systems
Coordinate inventory, stock updates, and dispatch activities
Handle order processing and operational record maintenance
Monitor supply chain and backend operational activities
Maintain inward/outward entries and inventory reports
Coordinate with warehouse, vendors, and internal departments
Generate MIS reports and maintain operational data
Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
Track dispatch status and coordinate timely operations
Support smooth workflow and resolve operational issues when required

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of CRM and ERP software
Good understanding of operations and supply chain processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and record management skills

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate/Undergraduate can apply
Minimum 1 year experience in Operations, CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, Inventory, or Backend Operations preferred
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Candidates from nearby locations will be preferred
