About the Role
We are a UK-based business looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper based in India. This role is perfect for a freelance graduate or someone looking for a steady part-time gig with a modern, AI-integrated UK company.
You will handle our daily financial tracking while utilising AI tools to streamline workflows. Because this role requires close collaboration with the UK team, verbal English and real-time communication skills are an absolute must.
Key Responsibilities
- QuickBooks Management: Maintain accurate digital ledgers, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking on QuickBooks Online.
- Google Workspace Administration: Manage financial documents, spreadsheets, and shared folders within Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools (EG Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude) to assist with data analysis, drafting communications, summarizing financial reports, or optimizing bookkeeping workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in voice-to-voice calls for alignment, updates, and troubleshooting during UK business hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record as a Bookkeeper with deep experience in QuickBooks Online.
- Tech Stack: Proficient with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to enhance work efficiency.
- Communication: Fluent, clear, and confident verbal English. You must be comfortable with regular voice-to-voice communication.
- Availability: Flexible to work your hours strictly between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM UK Time.
- Setup: A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a good-quality microphone/headset for calls.
