In this role, you will specifically drive the planning and execution of priority programs within Search AI. This includes initiatives focused on next-generation search ranking page (SRP) experiences, evolving industry quality and trust systems, advanced artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) modeling, or managing AI raters. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, a proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and experience with high-performance serving systems. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and tools like TensorFlow, artificial intelligence, or deep learning, as well as quantitative analysis, cost-effectiveness assessment techniques, and data quality metrics for AI products, is also highly valued. Key responsibilities for this Technical Program Manager, Generative AI, Search role involve defining, scoping, and managing AI projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to defined scope. You will be responsible for building detailed project plans, meticulously tracking progress, proactively managing risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Collaboration with other teams working on AI projects is vital, ensuring synergy through coordinated timelines, managing dependencies, and aligning deliverables.
