Join GoodLife Fitness in Timmins as a Customer Service Representative (Motivator). You will create a friendly environment that enhances members' workout experiences every day.
As a part-time Motivator, you're vital to ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for those who arrive at the club. Your ability to handle phone inquiries and assist with equipment questions will enhance member satisfaction. Building rapport and meeting customer needs are at the core of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and check them in upon arrival
- Manage phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Assist members on fitness equipment inquiries
- Address member concerns with professionalism
- Conduct introductory Fit-Fix starter sessions
Requirements
- CPR-A & AED Certification is mandatory
- Obtain Smart Tan certification within 3 months
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Background in sales or previous customer service is an asset
