Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Manager focused on Property Management Contracts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and negotiating property management contracts. Daily tasks include lead generation, conducting client consultations, preparing customized proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. The role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and proactive engagement to achieve revenue goals.
