Lead - Transportation Management

Roles and Responsibility:

• Plan and manage employee transport schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs
• Monitor and supervise the performance of drivers and transport staff
• Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle maintenance and service agreements
• Suggest and implement cost effective measures in transport operations
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve transport-related issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ensure adherence to company guidelines and policies
• Prepare regular reports on transport operations, expenses, and incidents

Must have skill:

• Should have experience in employee transportation management.
