Job Description
As a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator at our organization, you will play a crucial role in attracting Doctors, Nurses, and clients through creative campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Your creativity will have a real impact as you manage our digital presence, launch engaging campaigns, and drive growth through various channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Digital Marketing** - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns effectively - Create engaging marketing content such as emails, landing pages, newsletters, and promotional materials - Support SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and drive inbound traffic - **Lead Generation** - Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to attract qualified health professionals and clients - Research and identify target audiences, build prospect lists, and manage outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms - **Social Media Maintenance** - Manage and expand the organization's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook - Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally - **Patient & Client Education Content** - Develop clear and engaging educational content to inform and attract target audiences - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create FAQs, guides, blog posts, and infographics - **Website Maintenance** - Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness - Perform basic SEO updates including meta descriptions, title tags, and image alt text **Mandatory Requirements:** - Graduate or above (Students are NOT eligible) - Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging content across multiple formats - Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail - Genuine interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and business growth - Basic understanding of social media platforms and online advertising - Familiarity with tools like Canva, WordPress, or similar - Own laptop or PC with a high-speed internet connection - Must be a team player, professional, and a self-learner In terms of remuneration, you will receive INR 15,000 per month for the first 6 months, followed by INR 20,000 per month thereafter. Additionally, there is a guaranteed annual salary increase of 20% and incentives for successful leads. You will have the flexibility of permanent work from home, working Monday to Saturday for 8 hours a day, with a preference for candidates who can start from 6 AM.
