We are a leading telecom vendor with over 10 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Canada. As we expand our rural Saskatchewan Fiber Optic footprint, we’re looking for driven, experienced field professionals who know how to connect with people, overcome objections, explain the end-to-end construction process and collect access right permissions.
This is not a desk job. This is a high-energy, independent, on-the-road role where your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. This unique position blends high-level sales ability with hands-on knowledge of telecom construction and infrastructure deployment.
What You’ll Do
- Travel throughout Rural Saskatchewan engaging directly with homeowners, residents, farmers and businesses
- Collect permissions and ground distribution agreements for telecom infrastructure expansion
- Manage and develop your assigned territory independently and complete to the requested penetration level
- Build rapport, handle objections, explain the end-to-end construction process and collect access right permissions.
- Build trust with landowners by clearly explaining the fiber optic project, answering questions thoroughly, and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable with the process.
- Represent our company with professionally with integrity and confidence in community-facing interactions
You’ll play a critical role in enabling construction crews to deploy essential telecommunications infrastructure.

- Full-time availability for the contract term
- Reliable vehicle (car allowance provided)
- Ability to pass a company-paid criminal background check
Telecom, fiber optic construction, door-to-door sales or right-of-way experience is a strong asset.
