As a National Relationship Manager Bancassurance at GoDigit General Insurance, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic relationships with national-level banking partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the relationship with national banking partners and act as a single point of contact for strategic collaboration.
- Align insurance sales targets with bank objectives; design and implement national-level plans to achieve business growth.
- Work closely with bank leadership and internal teams to align sales strategies and address partnership priorities.
- Track sales performance, productivity KPIs, and market penetration across regions; provide regular insights to senior management.
- Coordinate partner training initiatives on insurance products, compliance, and sales techniques across geographies.
- Design and roll out nationwide sales campaigns, incentive structures, and recognition programs for partner engagement.
- Liaise with internal operations, claims, and servicing teams to ensure timely support for partner branches and customers.
