Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Oversee project management tasks related to customer service initiatives, ensuring timely execution and achievement of goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients across multiple languages (multilingual skills preferred) to address inquiries, negotiate solutions, and foster positive relationships
  • Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for sales growth
  • Train new team members on company policies, communication techniques, and conflict resolution to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce

Skills

  • Strong project management abilities with experience overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Multilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages is highly desirable
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in customer service or management roles
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and negotiate effectively
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret data, identify issues, and implement solutions swiftly
  • Customer service expertise with a focus on building rapport and resolving conflicts professionally
  • Sales acumen with the ability to identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion
