Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Email / Chat Support – Non-Voice)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls (voice) or chat/email (non-voice)
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers
- Maintain professional communication with US clients
- Follow company processes and quality standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience
