Job Title: Manufacturing ITI / IT Technician

Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee daily and weekly cleaning of small tooling units to ensure high equipment availability and reliability.
• Manage area-wise WIP (Work-In-Progress) movement, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate material flow across production zones.
• Handle small tools including issuance, return tracking, condition checks, and proper storage management.
• Manage Indirect Materials (IDM) including receiving, tracking, replenishment, and storage organization.
• Ensure FIFO, traceability, and proper labeling for all materials, tools, and carriers to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
• Maintain accurate digital records for preventive maintenance activities, WIP movement logs, and tool/material inventory.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to resolve material shortages or delays.
• Ensure compliance with 6S activities and cleanroom protocols to maintain a safe and organized workplace.
• Ensure weekly cleaning of all cabinets and tools as per operational standards.
