Shift Supervisor

Job description

Responsible for supervising CNC and VMC machine operations, handling machine setting, basic programming, manpower coordination, and ensuring production targets with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise CNC & VMC machine operations on daily basis.
• Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset correction.
• Handle basic programming & program editing as per drawing requirements.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
• Monitor quality, reduce rejection, and control machine downtime.

Technical Skills Required:

• Knowledge of CNC / VMC machine setting
• Understanding of G-code & M-code programming
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
• Basic knowledge of tooling & fixture setting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering
• 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setup
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• CNC & VMC Machines Setting Knowledge Must
• Good understanding of safety and quality standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
