Job Description

Are you a results-driven sales professional who thrives on closing big deals and running successful events? We’re looking for an Event Sales Manager to take the lead at a fast-paced, multi-purpose venue, handling both corporate events (60%) and social gatherings (40%) like weddings, trade shows, and holiday parties.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients
  • Craft tailored proposals and close high-value contracts
  • Coordinate event details and ensure flawless execution
  • Hit ambitious weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets

You’re a fit if you have:

  • 5+ years in sales, ideally in hospitality or events
  • A proven track record of landing and exceeding targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
  • The drive to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Experience with CRM systems and event planning tools
