Mortgage / Loan Advisor (India)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage / Loan Advisor to assist customers in securing home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and loan closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through:

Builder / broker network

Direct sourcing

References and digital channels

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products

Handle end-to-end loan process:

Documentation

Eligibility check

Coordination with banks/NBFCs

Maintain relationships with:

Channel partners

Banks / financial institutions

Ensure timely loan disbursement

Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills

Home loans / LAP / mortgage products

Good communication & negotiation skills

Sales-driven mindset

Understanding of credit policies and documentation

Ability to build local network (builders, agents, DSAs)

Preferred Background

NBFC / Bank / DSA / Loan consultancy

Existing builder or broker connections (added advantage)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
