Job Description
As a Quality Control professional at various levels (Officer, Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager), you will be responsible for performing and reviewing analytical and wet lab testing. You will also handle advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, IC, and ICP-MS. Your key responsibilities will vary based on the level you are in:
Officer / Executive QC (Wet lab analysis or Instruments):
- Perform wet lab analysis including titrations, basic chemical testing, and sample preparation.
- Operate and handle analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, IC, and ICP-MS.
- Support calibration, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of instruments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to data integrity practices.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, and assist in OOS/OOT/deviation investigations.
Senior Executive / Assistant Manager QC (Reviewer Role):
- Oversee wet lab operations and manage advanced analysis, troubleshooting, and calibration of instruments (HPLC, GC, IC, ICP-MS).
- Ensure effective handling of analytical instruments, working standard & reference standard management, and data integrity compliance.
- Lead OOS, OOT, and deviation investigations with root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation.
- Review and approve analytical data, reports, and all QC documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, support audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification Required:
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or relevant discipline.
- Experience: Pharma experience is mandatory.
Please note the experience levels required for each role:
- Officer / Executive: 1 to 5 Years
- Senior Executive / Assistant Manager: 6 - 11 Years
