Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Global)

Experience: 4-6 years

Role Overview

This role combines performance marketing, SEO, SEM, website management, and marketing automation to drive end-to-end digital growth across global markets. The candidate will be responsible for paid acquisition, organic visibility, and automated lead nurturing to improve conversion and pipeline quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
  • Own Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Own Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Own LinkedIn Ads
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms
  • Optimize CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Manage audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization
  • Leverage AI-based bidding strategies and automation tools
  • SEO & SEM
  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy across global markets
  • Conduct keyword research (trademarks, patents, IP services)
  • Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Run and optimize Google Search campaigns (SEM)
  • Improve organic rankings and reduce dependency on paid channels
  • Website & Conversion Optimization
  • Manage and update website content, landing pages, and service pages
  • Ensure SEO best practices (meta tags, schema, internal linking)
  • Monitor website performance (speed, indexing, crawlability)
  • Work with developers for technical improvements
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion (CRO)
  • Align website with campaign goals and user journey
  • Marketing Automation
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns and drip sequences
  • Build lead nurturing journeys aligned with funnel stages
  • Segment leads based on behavior, geography, and campaign source
  • Align automation workflows with paid and organic campaigns
  • Monitor email performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
  • Improve lead quality through scoring and nurturing strategies
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Build dashboards and report on KPIs across paid and organic channels
  • Track performance of automation campaigns (email, workflows, lead scoring)

Required Skill Set

Core Skills

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and SEO integration
  • Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Solid knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO
  • Experience in B2B lead generation
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Marketing Automation Skills
  • Hands-on or working knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Understanding of email marketing campaigns and drip workflows
  • Lead segmentation and audience targeting
  • Basic understanding of lead scoring and lifecycle stages
  • Ability to align automation with marketing funnels
  • Tools & Platforms
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
  • Google Tag Manager (basic to intermediate)
  • HubSpot or any CRM (important)
  • CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
