Job Title: New Grad Opportunity - Financial Business Analyst

Reports to Director, FP&A, Giampaolo Group Inc.

Job Summary

The Business Analyst will be a key contributor to the organization’s financial strategy, responsible for delivering actionable insights through accurate analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role supports executive decision-making and plays a critical part in M&A transactions and treasury compliance processes. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze daily cash reports.
• Prepare and distribute weekly AR reports to senior leadership.
• Develop annual consolidated budget and management forecast.
• Support and prepare discussion material for the group’s quarterly reviews
• Support with month-end close process by prepare various month end reports and reconciliations. > Support the month-end close process by preparing various financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Prepare management discussion and analysis and bank compliance reports.

Strategic Finance & M&A:

• support financial due diligence for M&A opportunities, including preparation of financial workbooks and models.
• prepare complex financial models for evaluation of strategic projects.
• prepare board-ready discussion materials for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Co-op / Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Finance and Accounting only
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Working understanding of Microsoft Copilot features is a plus.
• 1 to 2 or more years of professional experience centered in areas such as financials, analytics, accounting.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with an ability to consolidate inputs into clear, concise analysis and ultimately business decisions.
• Demonstrated excellent data management, analytical, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle competing priorities under tight timelines.

Disclosures:

• Compensation: The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
