React Native & React Developer

We are looking for an experienced React Native & React Developer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable mobile and web applications, with a focus on performance, clean architecture, and maintainability. The role requires close collaboration with backend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Build responsive web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve issues across devices, browsers, and operating systems.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Work closely with designers and product teams to translate requirements into polished user interfaces.
• Follow best practices for code quality, modularity, and long-term maintainability.
• Support application releases and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in React Native and React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization.
• Experience with debugging tools, profiling, and issue troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CLI-based React Native apps.
• Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB or other databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience publishing apps on Play Store and App Store.
• Exposure to agile development environments.
