Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Azure & AWS)

Experience: 5–8 years

Location: Kochi

Role Summary

Responsible for managing and supporting Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, performance, and cost optimization for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS
• Monitor availability and performance using cloud and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools
• Implement security best practices
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting
• Support DR, backup, patching, and incident management
• Optimize cloud costs using reservations, savings plans, and budgets
• Work with application, security, and vendor teams
• Maintain SOPs and technical documentation

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Azure & AWS services
• Strong knowledge of compute, networking, storage, and databases
• Experience with Linux/Windows, monitoring, and logging tools
• Familiarity with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and AWS CloudFormation
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps)

Azure

• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104)
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

AWS

• AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer - Associate (AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate)
