Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our property. As an integral part of our management team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, from menu creation to inventory management, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Provide guidance, training, and ongoing development to ensure a high-performing team.
• Work closely with management to develop creative and innovative menu items and concepts that align with our brand’s vision and guest expectations.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering of supplies, and budget control to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and surrounding areas in compliance with established standards.
• Ensure excellent communication with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new culinary techniques, and the latest food innovations to continuously improve the culinary offerings.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role within a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel.
• Strong culinary expertise in various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Proven ability to create innovative and high-quality menu offerings that exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and the highest standards of quality and service.
• Previous experience in bartending or front-of-house operations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and health department guidelines.
