Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Inspector to help with quality checks
in our robotics manufacturing unit. You will inspect parts, support testing, and make
sure everything meets the required quality standards. This role is a great fit for
someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in working with robotic
system
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform Incoming Quality Control activities.
2.Perform QC inspections throughout the production cycle.
3.Support Quality dept in day-to-day activities.
4.Report quality issues and help investigate the causes
5.Assist in documenting departmental requirements.
Basic qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Additional qualifications : NDT - Level 2
Skills required
· Attention to detail, Communication Skills, Time Management, Documentation skills; Microsoft Office tools
· Familiarity with Measuring Instruments (Vernier Caliper, Multimeter, etc), Basic understanding of Manufacturing Processes; Welding, Soldering, Machining, Painting, etc, Familiarity with Engineering drawings, Understanding of electronic components, circuits and assemblies, Sensors, Actuators, PCBs, assemblies
· Basic understanding of sensor systems, wiring harnesses, motion control units
· Willing to work on the shop floor and learn new things
· Willingness to work on different locations
6.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
7.Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues.
8.Assist in debugging mechanical or electronic faults under engineer supervision
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
