Lab Technologist - Genetics

No Prior Experience Required. Freshers may apply.

The position requires no prior experience. GeneTech will train the candidate hired for a period of one year in the area of Genetics wet lab work. Requires 1.5 years of commitment. If candidate already has some lab experience, it is an added advantage. Pay as per work experience. Probation terms may be applicable for Freshers.

Title & Position

Job involves working in the wet lab of Cytogenetics and Biochemical Genetics Department at our Laboratory as a full-time Technologist - Genetics.

Role & responsibilities

Wet laboratory tasks include

• Working in cytogenetics department
• Working on biochemical genetics department

Preferred candidate profile

• Education in any biological sciences (Graduate or Post-graduate)
• Lab experience added advantage
• Freshers hired, no experience needed (will train, need 1.5 years commitment)
• Serious about career in genetics
• Good writing and communication skills
• Good academics

About Work

• Six day week
• Total 8 hours of work per day
• Work hours could be 8-5, 9-6 or 10-7.
