Experienced SharePoint Administrator leading upgrades and migrations from on-premises SP2019 to SPSE and toward SharePoint Online, with strong Power Platform integration, Azure knowledge, and hands-on migration tooling. Will manage on-prem/Hybrid environments, ensure security and governance, and coordinate with IT teams to optimize SharePoint and Power Platform deployments for enterprise users.
