Job Description
Telecommunications Technician – Join GDIT to support complex government, defense, and intelligence projects. Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for voice and video endpoints, user profiles within Skype for Business and Active Directory, voicemail user profiles, voice and video conferencing systems, and respond to security incident reports. Work with customer tickets in the Support
IT ticketing system.
Requirements
- Education:
Technical training, certification(s), or degree
- Experience:
1+ years of related experience
- Technical skills: troubleshooting of user profiles within Skype for Business and Active Directory;
Support
IT ticketing system; voice and video conferencing systems
- Security clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
- US citizenship required
- Certifications:
Must be 8570 compliant with a Security+ certification
Benefits
Competitive salary range $102,000 - $138,000. Comprehensive benefits and wellness packages, 401K with company match, paid time off, and other employee protections.
