Summary   GeneDx is seeking a high-performing, strategically minded Strategic Account Director (SAD) to drive growth in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) market. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hospital-based sales or genomics, who excels at consultative selling, navigating complex hospital environments, and promoting rapid adoption of genomic testing. This role reports to the Regional Sales Director.   As an SAD, you will serve as the face of GeneDx in your territory—working directly with neonatologists, hospitalists, genetic counselors, and NICU teams. You will help ensure critically ill newborns have access to timely, actionable genetic insights while executing regional sales strategies developed with your Regional Sales Director.   Territory  - Northeast (Prefer Boston area) Travel as needed, including some weekends, evenings, or overnights for conferences, meetings, or special events.
