Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generating leads & qualifying the same up to Sales Enquiry stage & publish the Leads Report on monthly basis
- Ensuring tracking of any lead received in proper manner in Salesforce & closure of the same
- All new client data updated within 48 hours & weekly updates of client visit data in Salesforce
- Ensuring adherence to Monthly Sales plan created by using the Market Research Analysis & Key customer visits
- Creation & Review of Monthly, quarterly & annual product wise/ area wise sales forecast with Management
- Ensuring Sales Enquiry is progressed into Order Closure stage & publish the Sales Report on monthly basis
- Generating New References/ Leads/ Revenue from cross-selling to current active/ dormant customers (Reviewed via Sales Reports, Targets not set currently)
- Ensuring all Client feedback/ concerns & acknowledged & resolved as per the pre-defined timelines (SLAs) (To be Reviewed via Customer Feedback Reports, Targets not set currently)
- Regularly visit or call customers for product feedback & after-sales support required
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in direct sales of construction equipment, earth moving equipment, aerial work platforms, MHE.
- Good at new customer acquisition
- Actively involved in order closure and Payment collection process
- Worked with any CRM/ERP System (Pref. Salesforce.com)
- Passionate about Sales Target Achievement
- Well versed with written & verbal communication
