**Job Summary**:

  • *Duties**:
  • Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Manage patient billings and insurance
  • Clean and turnover clinical rooms and handle equipment sterilization
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping tasks
  • Utilize DOMX dental software for financial transactions and reporting
  • Uphold outstanding phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • *Experience**:
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of basic clerical duties and office management procedures
