Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Biology Faculty member at our Kotputli location. The role includes designing and delivering well-structured lessons in Biology for students preparing for competitive exams such as IIT JEE, AIIMS, and NEET. Responsibilities involve curriculum development and planning, delivering classroom lectures, assigning and grading coursework, providing individual guidance to students, and ensuring progress through periodic assessments. The role also requires engaging in academic discussions and staying updated with advancements in the subject field to enrich the learning experience.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Biology fundamentals, including Physiology and Microbiology
• Proven experience in Curriculum Development tailored for competitive exam preparation
• Research capabilities to stay updated with the latest advancements in biology education
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
• Master’s degree in Biology or a related discipline;

a Ph.D. is preferred

• Previous teaching experience, especially with competitive exam preparations, is a significant advantage
