Job Title: Lead Full Stack Engineer (GenAI / Agentic AI)

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in building production-grade applications and leading engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in GenAI and Agentic AI systems, along with solid full-stack development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–8+ engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications
• Build and implement GenAI / Agentic AI solutions in real-world use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for architecture and solution design
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
• Drive end-to-end ownership from design to production deployment

Required Skills & Experience

• 9–15 years of overall experience in software development
• 2–5 years of experience as a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead
• Strong experience in Full Stack Development
• Frontend: React / Angular / similar frameworks
• Backend: Python (preferred) / Java
• Database: SQL (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience building production-grade systems

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
