The Care Alliance Technology Analyst drives the analysis, optimization, and integration of technology systems across GE HealthCare’s strategic enterprise partnerships. This role ensures our Care Alliance customers achieve measurable operational efficiency, simplified technology adoption at scale, and improved clinical and financial outcomes.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- System & Process Analysis
- Assess current-state technology ecosystems, workflows, and operational performance across Care Alliance delivery tools.
- Identify inefficiencies, variation, and integration barriers.
- Analyze systems to uncover opportunities for Care Alliance execution standardization and optimization.
- Care Alliance Partnership Implementation and Maintenance.
- Translate execution requirements into integrated technology solutions.
- Participate in implementation planning and change management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Care Alliance account community and enterprise team stakeholders.
- Contribute insights in joint planning forums.
- Support integration across people, process, and technology.
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting system, workflow, and integration challenges.
- Provide escalations as necessary.
- Research & Strategic Recommendations
- Stay current on emerging technologies and digital integration strategies.
- Recommend solutions aligned with Care Alliance goals.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain documentation of configurations, updates, and workflows.
- Prepare concise reports for leadership and customer stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in IT systems analysis or healthcare technology operations.
- Proficiency with IT management tools and data visualization, preferred experience in Smartsheet and Sharepoint technology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare technology integration or enterprise transformation, with customer facing engagement.
- Familiarity with GE HealthCare solutions or Care Alliance models.
- Certifications in PMP, ITIL, or healthcare informatics.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,000.00-$168,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
