Senior Manufacturing Engineer

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will leverage expertise in Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure producibility and testability for new product introduction
• Develop and maintain safe, cost-effective production processes
• Assess and design tool and equipment requirements
• Coordinate tooling design and procurement within budgets
• Present project updates and metrics to internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 7 years of experience
• Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with DFMA and new product development
• Leadership in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives
