Technical Product Associate & Frontend Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Associate who is a true "Swiss Army Knife." You will spend approximately 60-70% of your time on high-end React.js and JavaScript development, and the remaining 30-40% acting as a Strategic Administrative Partner.

This role is for a versatile professional who thrives on "unblocking" the business. Whether it is debugging a complex state-management issue in an app or managing a recruitment drive for new staff, you are the person who says "I'll handle it" rather than "That’s not my job."

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontend & UI Engineering (Primary Focus)

Design and implement responsive, cinematic web interfaces using React.js.

Manage immutable state updates and architect efficient data flows for laboratory and business apps.

Execute Technical SEO strategies, including JSON-LD Schema implementation and SSR optimization.

2. People Operations & HR (Administrative Focus)

Talent Acquisition: Draft JDs, manage job postings on various platforms, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews for both the IT and Cosmetic Lab divisions.

Onboarding: Manage the digital and administrative onboarding of new team members, ensuring they have access to the necessary tools (ERPNext, Slack, S3, etc.).

3. General Administration & Business Support

Documentation: Maintain and update SOPs for IT infrastructure.

Technical & Professional Requirements

The Stack: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.

The Tools: Comfort with AWS (S3), Git, and ERPNext environments.

The Mindset: A "No-Task-Too-Small" attitude. You must be comfortable switching from coding to administrative coordination within the same hour.

Communication: Sophisticated verbal and written skills for professional outreach to clients, vendors, and job candidates.
