Founder Principal — New Campus (Intermediate | UG | PG)

This is a rare opportunity to lead a new college under an established brand — with the systems, affiliations, and institutional backing already in place. You build the campus culture and academic standards. We provide the infrastructure and credibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Principal in a recognised Intermediate, Degree, or PG institution
• Minimum 5 years of prior teaching experience
• In-depth working knowledge of DIEO, Osmania University, and TGCHE — affiliation processes, compliance, inspections, regulatory correspondence
• Demonstrated ability to lead faculty, manage academic administration, and deliver measurable student outcomes
• Strong professional standing in the Hyderabad education community is an advantage

Compensation: Up to ₹1,00,000/month CTC — inclusive of performance bonus and incentives, structured around quantifiable KRAs

Senior Faculty — Multiple Disciplines & Campuses

We are hiring Senior Faculty with subject expertise, classroom command, and a genuine investment in student outcomes — not just syllabus coverage.

Commerce & Languages: Commerce | English | Telugu | Hindi | Other Languages

Requirements

• Relevant PG qualification (M.Sc / M.Com / MA / MCA or equivalent); NET/SET preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at Junior College or Degree College level
• Subject depth, student engagement, and willingness to take academic ownership

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month based on qualification, subject, and experience
