Job Description

Drive growth as a Business Development Manager focused on Web3 infrastructure. Leverage your expertise in outbound sales, strategic partnerships, and client relations within a fully remote team.

This role is dedicated to expanding revenue across L2 rollups, RPC, and oracles. You'll own the full sales cycle and work collaboratively with engineering, product, and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and fostering long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline
  • Identify high-impact opportunities in Web3 ecosystems
  • Represent at major Web3 conferences and events
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in Business Development or Sales
  • Strong knowledge of Web3 infrastructure
  • Comfortable in target-driven environments
  • Skilled in CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
