In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, design effective solutions, and support the sales process from first conversation to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, while building customer relationships.
- Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications
- Support RFP/RFQ responses and solution documentation
- Provide pre?sales and occasional post?sales technical support
- Maintain a strong understanding of product capabilities, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted technical advisor
Qualifications
- Experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or similar role
- Strong technical background in HVAC Industry an asset.
- Ability to communicate concepts in a clear, customer?friendly way
- Strong presentation, and relationship?building skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and non?technical customers.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Nice to Have
- Engineering degree or technical diploma
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of industry standards ASME or certifications
